I’ve got a Special Operations Pararescue (PJ) Airman fresh from a combat zone to teach us how to treat gunshot wounds and other penetrating trauma. Seriously, he came back from a hot warzone a few days ago. This PJ just got done treating a number of gunshot wounds and blast injuries and his lessons learned are of a great help to us. His debrief to me was phenomenal. I have treated gunshot wounds before, but this is next level.
