I stress a lot of that quality over quantity. It is sad to see some of our team members do not take their posts seriously. We have different team leads for each week and more or less they align on the ‘big pictures’. However, I am a detail guy and details matter. I am sharing your channel and other critical information to one of our team members. Our security director is new to the position as director but he has been with the team as coach for number of years and he is a former LEO. I might want to approach to him on this matter as well.
