Like you I followed Joe for a long time. About a year ago I started commenting on his post. Shortly after this Joe invited me to participate in a few videos leading to me being his first moderator. He had a great respect for you and your work.
Michelle, Joe's wife sent me a text to call. I was shocked as she answered the phone telling me of Joe's passing. We were planning a Q&A time with his subscribers. I sent out a message to Joe's members group of his passing. We had an open forum every Monday evening for members to share successes and failures of the previous week.
There's is so much to share so I'll stop for now. I did direct the members group to follow your channel since Joe had great appreciation for what you're doing. Thanks for sharing Joe's death with the community.
I was floored when I found out. I literally found out yesterday. I was shocked. I loved what he was doing and I’m happy to know what he thought. I’ll reach out to you after Christmas. I’d love to talk more about Joe and what we can do for his people. I’d like to be able to take care of them in some way.
Praying for his family to receive the comfort and peace of Holy Spirit. John 14:26-27. 🙏He was a blessing and fulfilled God purpose for him with excellence and faithfulness.
As the security team leader of a small rural church with little training budget, I utilized and relied on Joe Puckets guidance and wisdom that he shared through his YouTube channel. I am greatful to his contributions to the church security community and while saddened at his passing I know he is in Jesus's presence, having heard the words, "Well done though good and faithful servant."
Thank you Keith for the info. Although I did not know Joe I did notice his passion and great spirit in his leadership. Men of his quality, and yours are rare to find. God bless his legacy as well as yours.
Before I started getting instructions from Keith I was listening to Captain Joe all the time. He really did have a wealth of knowledge and you could tell his heart was in it. Captain Joe's going to be sadly missed....CK

It's very hard to lose a pillar of the church security community like The Church Security Answer Man. My heart is heavy with this loss for his family, friends, and those who looked to him for answers and training. But at the same time I'm filled with joy for him as he's experiencing the perfect love and peace we all strive for.
Thank you Captain Joe Puckett for a life dedicated to service in this world. Rest well at the feet of the Great Shepherd fellow Sheepdog. You've earned it.
Thank you Keith for posting the sad news. I've been searching the web since January 2018 for good church safety/security information. Some providers have been very academic while others seem to struggle. I've always thought Captain Joe Puckett was the more practical in how he helped me put what he taught into practice. Whether the topic was de-escalation or working the Front Desk Jo was always on target. Eternal rest grant unto Joe, O Lord, and may the perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul rest in peace.
My prayers go out to his family and friends. I understand this is a great loss to. The community also but we have to remember GOD is in control and things at his time. Again my prayers go out with said hart 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Though he is with the Farher, he will be missed. I have definitely gleaned through his videos and his advise helped our small congregation.
Well done Brother, well done. Now he knows what true peace is.
